Challenge
Changing the pickups on an electric guitar normally takes 30 to 45 minutes and requires tools and a soldering iron.
Solution
A magnetic system that accepts any humbucker and any P90 in humbucker format – including third-party pickups. Pull out, insert, done.
Result
Pickup changes in around 5 seconds, without tools.
Any pickup
The system accepts all humbuckers and P90 pickups in humbucker format, including those from other manufacturers. Magnets hold the pickup securely in place; it can be removed and reinserted in seconds.
We supported the system from research through concepts, design and engineering to industrialisation. Another innovation for Relish is the Bent Neck.
